• Bonus hunting or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack the platform or manipulate its software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other members.
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Xck44 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure
